Information for Landlords
Under the scheme your property could benefit from improved insulation and heating, your tenants will
could also benefit from a warmer and healthier environment. If you would welcome the improvements available,
please encourage your tenant to apply.
You will not have to pay for the improvements.
We will ask you for permission for the work to go ahead. If you manage more than one property, we are happy for the Warm Front grant improvements to be installed in all of your properties, you can provide us with 'blanket-permission'. Which means that we do not have to contact you each time one of your tenants applies.
